LearnAid Publishing is a registered charity in the UK with a mission to publish free high quality educational resources throughout the world.
It is essential for LearnAid that the material available on this website is of a high quality and produced to a professional standard. The organisation is dependent on volunteers and welcomes contributors from all levels of experience since the publications are edited by experts.
Our work is free for anyone to use. Through the "Creative Commons" licence, our authors and illustrators give their work to the world, genuinely free for anyone to use and adapt, for ever.
The books can be downloaded from this website and new material is constantly being written. At the moment, the material available and under production is focusing on IGCSE level science and early numeracy and literacy. LearnAid is also very proud to present a health series written by respected academics: a malaria book has been completed and books on cholera, HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis are currently being produced.
LearnAid will also be working with other charitable organisations to produce a print version of the material and to distribute this in developing countries. LearnAid is actively looking for any organisations who would like to be involved in this.
We firmly believe that the fastest way to escape poverty is through education, and therefore we want to provide people who have limited educational resources with access to high quality publications.
